Calgon T (Sodium Hexa) FG
Description
Sodium Hexametaphosphate (amorphous sodium polyphospate).
It is used for softening hard water. The addition of Calgon to hard water causes the calcium and magnesium ions of hard water to displace sodium ions from the anion of Calgon.
