MERGER OF SIGMA CHEMICALS WITH TELFORD INDUSTRIES

On July 1st 2023, a binding agreement was entered into between the owners of Sigma Chemicals, Mark and Justin Evans, to sell their various commercial business divisions to the owner of Telford Industries, Andrew Telford.

This merger negotiations and execution were carried out by Patrick Telford who has joined the company as Chief of Operations. Patrick will be the third generation of the Telford family working in the chemical industry in Western Australia. 

Mark and Justin Evans had created a highly successful business in Sigma Chemicals and Telford Industries is extremely excited to provide its larger customer base with a full-service offering combining the strengths of both enterprises.

The transaction has been negotiated since late 2022 and discussions were highly amicable between the parties. This now creates a large company while retaining the family values both parties bring to their business conduct. 

All Sigma Chemicals staff were offered positions and we have welcomed them into the new merged company Sigma Telford Group.
